How do I change my subscription plan?
You can change your subscription plan at any time from your Settings page:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click on "Payment details →"
- You'll be redirected to the Stripe billing portal where you can manage your subscription
Changes take effect immediately, and you'll be charged or credited based on the difference.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans.
If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by:
- Contacting us at support@jumpy.com
- Including your account email and reason for cancellation
All refund requests are manually reviewed by our team.
Please allow up to 48 hours for review and 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
How do I secure my account?
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security:
- Go to Settings → Security
- Click "Enable 2FA"
- Follow the setup instructions
You can also review active sessions and sign out from devices you don't recognize.
Can I export my data?
Yes! You can export all your account data at any time:
- Go to Settings → Danger Zone
- Click "Export account data →"
- Your data will be downloaded in JSON format
This includes all your analyses, chat sessions, and account information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Stripe:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
